Lotus Elan spares - best places?

My friend is needs some parts for a 1991 Lotus Elan (M100) SE turbo.
Looking for the best place to get parts etc which are not at factory prices! Anyone got some recommendations? Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk or even Kent area.
