Watching Rouen Grand Depart

Hello All,
On our way down to Classic Le Mans we are going to go and watch the Grand Depart at Rouen
I've found the timetable and basic map on the Le Tour website, but I need to try and find more detailed information so that we can find the starting area, park up etc. Our alternative plan in to wait somewhere outside of Rouen as the tour heads for Saint-Quentin
Anyone got any more info?
