Trying to find 2 F1 clips

I've been trying to find 2 F1 clips, but can't remember who they happened too, or when.

The first was in the rain behind the safety car, one of the drivers asked for the safety car to slow down, as they couldn't keep up with it in the rain.

The second is the fastest pit stop ever, during a race.

Was that Fuji in 2007?

Might it have been the European GP in 1993 at Donnington?

Or possibly Malaysia 2007?


ETA doesn't seem to be Malaysia at all, so most likely either Fuji or China
