Hi all, I have a diesel 205 with hydraulic power steering.
It's behaving oddly in that if I drive at round town speeds and take my hands off the wheel it starts to turn to the left, but not smoothly, it's a 5 degree click, then the same again after a second, then again.
It's also making a sound a bit like one of the front wheels is loose (they're not loose, I've checked) but not actually feeling any wobble through the steering wheel.

You could ask your friendly local ride and handling department for advice hehe

Possibly wheel bearings - I had an inner one chew up the stub axle but there wasn't any wobble apparent because the outer one had been nipped up so tight.

Knackered ball joint or bush somewhere possibly.

Jack it up, avail yourself of a pry bar of some sort (long socket wrench extension for example), and see which bits in the suspension wiggle too much. It should be fairly evident which bit is borked from your description of how it is behaving.
