Wheel Refurbishing Recommendations?

I've googled and checked yell.com etc (but can't search on here as I'm on the iphone).

Can anyone recommend a provider? There seem to be an awful lot of them out there and I can't tell which are any good.

The wheels aren't anything special, they just need a minor de-buckling and a lick of paint.

Anyone know how long will it take and how much should I budget?
