fanvision / kangeroo delivery

Trying to get an update from FanVision as to when I can expect delivery of my unit. I've emailed and tried to contact them on number supplied on website. Had no joy at all.

Anyone else experienced this?? perhaps I can take order number and get the unit direct from silverstone

Can anyone remember or know if theres any access to a wireless network at Silverstone? Had an idea of using 'Sky Go' instead of renting a Fanvision.
