2 things I noticed. Firstly he seems to be slipping the clutch or something to do with manual /w clutch, and second the rev counter goes to 15k+ (pretty sure you can't go this high)

Is it possible?

Gonna try tonight regardless biggrin

WTF? I'd like to know if this is possible with other cars, or whether this is just a glitch found with the 04' STi. The acceleration from 160 onwards is insane. Would be good fun for an evening mess about, but hardly usable for normal track driving, so I'm not sure I'd bother trying personally.

It was hacked a while ago. You cannot do this without messing with the game code itself. You try that and you run the risk of having a very expensive bookend.

Makes sense. I'm pretty sure I'm on the verge of having an expensive bookend anyway. My trusty old Elite is making some serious loud humming noises at the moment.

Yep this isn't possible. The fastest I've been able to get is 272mph (Saleen S7 which is a slight handful hehe) Think that is the max on the game as I haven't seen faster (genuinely faster anyway).

Where's the best place to do a top speed run, is there a better place to do it than the Mulsanne and the start finish straight on the Nurburgring?

The Mulsanne is the best place IMO.

Mulsanne is the only place. I don't think any will max at the nurburgring it's not long enough.

Thanks guys, I thought the Nurburgring straight was longer actually, definitely bumpier though and mostly uphill.
