Most unloved car ?
Discussion
So, out of all the cars for sale out there, which is the hardest to shift and most ignored by the car buing public, what is the epitome of wretchedness and undesirability ?
I am thinking, older Korean or French large (not barge) saloon, V6 petrol engine kind of thing with a low spec, perhaps with an auto box in a wacky colour, perhaps something from the Ssangyong back catalog.
They have a competitioon for the worlds ugliest Dog, perhaps we should find Britains Ugliest car ?
I always figure with cars that someone actually bought it new so it figures that someone would buy it second hand and also that "one mans meat is another mans poison"
Is there a Discovery MPi still out there ?
Would a Rover Streetwise still Sell ?

For some reason, mid sized Fiat hatchbacks have never done well (Bravo/Stilo etc).
I saw a Bravo today (funilly enough with a Punto about to cross it at the junction) - remember thinking how it was so rare to see them & how much they look like inflated Puntos. To answer the OP - I imagine a lot of the ultra cheap far eastern stuff (e.g. Perodua) will be difficult to shift, also any "average" car from the end of MG Rover, e.g. the Cityrover.

Ssangyong surely have the ugly thing wrapped up? And the rest of the competition to be fair!

Good call, think the Bravo did a lot better than the Stilo though, it is one of those cars that looked quite funky back in 2002 and you thought it may do fairly well but it dissapeared and only those that own them have a clue what it is.For some reason, mid sized Fiat hatchbacks have never done well (Bravo/Stilo etc).
Maybe a little O/T, but I've just been looking at the, very unloved, Ford Scorpio on Autotrader and I found a gem of an advert for us to revel in..

Caps lock, 'head turner', slight leak etc.

The bravo/a were popular cars. Still loads on the road now, although I imagine loads will have suffered through the scrappage scheme. There are quite a few Stilos about. See them all the time. They failed as they wern't really that good. Full of electrical problems. IMO, the Bravo/a was a far superior car.
The HGT Bravo is a fantastic, much overlooked hot hatch.
