Well I took out the Chimp in the dark (and rain) for the first time last night and found out that none of the lights on the dials work!! And neither does the interia light when you open the door.
I know these are minor problems but when the police ask me what speed I was doing I'd like to have some idea!!
I was just wondering if these are all fed from the same fuse? Or if there's anything else I should look out for...
I'm currently at work so I don't have the bible to hand, so if anyone can help...
Cheers

But re: the interior light on the roof hoop; the switch has three positions: Centre is off, other two are: on constantly, and; on when doors open. Obviously you'll need to check the bulb too.
and........check the door switch, that the pad hasn't fallen off, or the contacts are corroded - usually your alarm will play up as well !!

Which pad is that?
I've got a grey push switch, that I'm assuming is linked to the light switch and alarm.
I haven't had any trouble with the alarm, not that I would know anyway, it hasn't gone off yet so it might not work at all

Tis a pad on the door which makes contact with the "door switch". This controls interior light, interior light delay relay (light stays on for 20-sec or so, or unless ignition switched on, it then goes off immediately) and alarm/central locking interlock !!

Had a look today and all seems well (with the switches)...will investigate further tomorrow, maybe the relay is shot
