Found this, seems very good value when compared to OPC especially as it's still got 2 years Porsche warranty...

Hi be careful regarding Porsche Approved Warranty,I have been told that if a car is sold via a non opc,the warranty is void, not sure if this is true though.

I think that only applies to the extended warranty, the 3 years from new is transferable - anyone confirm?

2 year manufacturers will definitely still stand.

But the extended one is not transferable by a dealer (only private sales)

But how would Porsche know if you'd bought the car privately or through a dealer?

I thought the warranty was not transferable at all, but after 90 days of ownership you could put your own OPC extended on?

Warranty transfers immediately to new owner on private sales.

It's always going to be good value buying outside of OPC, and for cars of this age, you're keeping the manufacturer warranty so you have full protection.

I bought a 1yr old Cayman S back in 2008, paid a similar amount for it compared to the car you have linked, the car you linked has better spec, my cayman had 19's and PASM and a few other bits. The car you linked has sport seats, and looks like PCM/phone.

Bash them down a few k if you can and go for it.
