What to do with Indian Mixed Pickle?

Great aroma from this Mango and Lime jar of Mixed Pickle from the local PAK Foods Supermarket.

But short of putting it on a popadum or a cheeky teaspoon straight from the jar, what the heck can you do with it?

Put it in a sandwich.

We just put a little bit on our nan / chapatti / paratha with each mouthful of curry .

Or if you cook curries you could chop it up and put it in at the tarka stage
