How does this happen? 30mph, clipping a parked car?

If I clipped a parked car at 30mph then I'm sure I wouldn't end up like this.

The front wheel of the moving car hits the back wheel of the parked car and flips it up? I've seen a similar result before (not the accident happening, just the result)although the car only made it onto it's side.
