Front fog lights
Discussion
Strictly speaking, I think the Wedges had driving lamps, not fogs. If they were fogs they shouldn't come on with main beam but generally do - which is correct for driving lamps... for when you want as much light on the scenery as possible.
Usual operation is that the main lights switch gives you sidelights, then headlamps when the pods pop up. With the pods up and main beam on, the driving lamps should light.
If the ignition's on and you pull the flasher stalk then the pods will pop up (and main beams on) for as long as you hold the stalk, but this was always a bit of a problem for a quick flash so TVR configured the drives/fogs to flash as well.
Some cars seem to have been set up so that only the drives/fogs flash and not the main beams... probably just trickery with diodes to make it work either way.
