Yeah the black one, I had a quick look on PH last night and noticed it had slipped off the classifieds rather quietly. AJP 2 seater, it can't require a huge amount of work to get it back on the race track, and with quite a few looking for Tuscans to race at the moment, I guess its likely someone bought it to race.

Also, on a complete tangent, what happen to the TazCar beast? I know that went for silly money, but does anyone know where it went or if it still races? Would be good to tease that one back out too..

Reidy bought that one - the long term plan is to rebuild it with a new Tuscan body with Cobra wide arches and no aero - should be interesting with 600+ BHP..
Short term , im trying to talk John into taking it on an Oulton T/D so we can give it one last blast as the "Thorpedo" evil.

Reidy owns, and is rebuilding the original development car back to factory spec.
It's being re-finished in the silver works colour scheme of it's latter years - the colour it still wears since being brought out of storage.

John's on something of a mission to build the 4.5AJP engined car to authentic series regulations and it's looking lovely and the build quality and finish is stunning - he intends to race it with us this season at Snet and Oulton.

There's a rather gorgeous V8 Vixen which i've had the weekly pleasure of pushing around the workshop (and keeping those rear tyres pumped up) thumbup.

Hi,

a big hello(!) to you all.

It is me, who proudly got the black AJP 2-seater, formerly owned by
Grant for more than 12 years, who also advised the road conversion.
As she was not in use for more than 6 years, Jason has now having the
enjoyment of bringing her back on the road.

My better half and me have already had the big pleasure of meeting
some of you at Brands and doing loads of photos there.

Hopefully we manage to watch you racing at Snetterton at the weekend.

All the best!

Hi

Well some of you may know what I purchased for those of you who didn't and didn't want a Tuscan to go into a TVR collection and not be raced here's a couple of pics plus my other racer.

I have purchased the car which has not raced in anger for about ten years and was just in store.

Well at least it's now going to be shown to people and will do the occasional event for Charity! Just like my other race car does!

The other racer in my life!

Both of these cars will be on display at the Bishop Stortford Motor Show on Sunday the 16th of September with the rest of my collection.

Please come and see them so you can see they are not being misused biggrin
