Thinking of removing my precats, I,ve been reading up on the theads and there is talk of reverse cones. Anyone got any more info on them?
Are they needed?
Dimensions so I can make some or pictures.

The non reversal cones keep the gas speed higher and prevent reverse pulses, they do make a difference , better noise as well

You need a cone down to say 2 1/2 inches diameter, i hope you're only making these for yourself or i'll send the boys round.

You get ice cream in them. Sugar one are nice.

Actually I'm interested too. I presume the cone fits inside the precat chamber and makes for a smooth transition from 4 header pipes down into the one in pipe out to the man cat. I have the factory uncatted headers on mine (so I still have the originals with cats to swap back if needed). I'm wondering if these would be coned? Same applies to the main cat chamber - I have the factory no-cat part, is this coned and should it be?
