E90 track car

Has anyone turned a E90 M3 into a track car here? (i.e. half cage, upgraded brakes etc)
Would be intersted to hear about their modifications and experience.

I read of a guy in one of the BMW magazines a few months back who converted his E92 into a trackday car. He focused on stripping as much weight, I think he got it down to 1350kgs or around that, and had a remap/new exhaust that boosted power up to 450bhp. All this teamed with decent brakes, sticky rubber and coilovers, it did look a bit of a weapon..

My friend and i have done a lot of modifications to our cars and keep them in germany now.There are a lot more options now than when we started but if you want to give me a call then mail me and i will give you my number.They are a great car on track with uprated brakes,suspension wheels tyres and seats.

It was either Total BMW or Performance BMW, one of the ones they were stocking on WHSmith's at the time - sorry I can't remember exactly which one...

Thanks for the info, would of helped if I had typed in E92 instead of E90 in the search
