Metal Gear Solidwith

Just bought the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Xbox 360. It includes Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker all with updated HD graphics.

Bought it for the nostalgia really, shame it doesn't include the original MGS. That was the best

I got it from Game. Only because I had a card with a few quid on it that needed using, the chap who served me said thats a rare un, first copy of it he's sold.

I bought it as I loved MGS2 and always fancied playing the other ones in the series.

The game did not port well imo and when I returned to GAME to exchange it it ended in a half hour discussion between the two guys in the shop and myself....in the end we agreed that it was a great idea, but poorly executed...

All imo ofcourse.

Have the HD collection for both xbox and ps3 at home (Brother has the xbox version) Personally i think the port was better on the 360. Runs smoother and loads quicker than the Playstation. Strange as it was PS Based to begin with :S
Thats not to say that they are stunning though. Have 2 and 3 for the ps2 and the difference is outstanding!
Download the first one from PS store and the graphics really take you back! Mind you the upscaler built into the ps3 made the original look really clean for a 14 year old game
