Why do you *need* one and what for?

If it's for web photos etc, anything that'll do megapixel and above will be fine.

For anything else, especially printing out pictures, make sure you have 2-300 min or you'll be disappointed.

Well, there are a few reasons

1. I keep seeing some of the most amazing chav mobiles around our neck of the woods and curse the fdact I can't photograph them for you guys.

2. I have a new girlffriend and wanna get some pics of us all.

3. I'll be starting a self build house project early next year and need to get photo's of the site.

I'm on a self build seminar later this month and wanna take some pics of their show houses.

So yeah, not really requiring print quality, just need to take some snaps.

I usaed to have a 1.3 megapixel Fujii which took lovely photos and was acceptably small enough to sit in your pocket. Unfortunately the ex gf left with it

So I just want the cheapest camera I can get hold of that will fit in my pocket and take ok snaps.
