Short term car insurance specialist?

Got a bit of an issue... In the process of changing my cars over and need to cover my 6 series for another few weeks. It appears to be almost uninsurable with the usual short term insurers though.

I tried everyone in the first 3 pages of google results last night and found one who will do it at a rather shocking amount.

Does anyone know of a broker that may be able to help me with this?

No, but you could just get an additional annual policy (with good cancellation rates!) and cancel after six weeks.
