T350 Chassis rust?
Discussion
Just been playing with the car had the rear lower exhaust cover of to clean the can, found that the two tank supports that the powder coat was coming off and loose all over, removed the can and got wire wheel on the drill in there used Epoxi 121 on it (1:1 ratio a bit to thin so added more part A) letting it dry over night then I will wax oil and rebuild.
Every few weeks I WD-40 as much of the chassis off as i can and wipe out the 45deg flat parts were the dirt gathers, in the next few weeks I am getting the car up in the air were I can have a realy good clean and get a air line to blow out as much dirt as I can round the out rigger's and I think the next port of call to look at is the front near side wheel off and look at the inner wing and battery bay (were the wing raps round the lower leg looks like a good water trap.
My Question is dose any one know were else for me to look? I wount to keep on top of it all
Car is 54 plate 17k and 2k a year.

Found the diff on mine needed to be treated, and the transmission tunnel was showing early signs that I POR15d.
Must admit I just drizzled POR15 over the tank support on mine once I removed the flaky stuff.
Given I mostly drive on dry days (ie not much this year!) because of this I tend only to get under mine once a year over the Winter.

yes this year I am getting mine one up in the air (4 axle stands) and will set to I have gray 121 paint now and will mix white spirit with wax oil thin it out so its just a light coat. The diff looks scabby on my one too but the next mod will be C/R box and diff if I can save the pennys or find a new job off shore.
