A380 into Gatwick

Just a quick heads up. As part of Emirates 25 anniversary they are routing an A380 into Gatwick next Friday if anybody is interested.

Forgotten which time it is though. Can probably find out if anybody particularly interested.

Yeah, please post the time if you can find out. I work there and will be in on Friday. A Singapore Airlines one, was diverted there a couple of years back now. Big bugger.

We came back to Heathrow from Singapore last September 25th on a Singapore Airlines A380 following a dive trip to Komodo.
I never did find out why it had replaced the scheduled 747 flight.
Best flight/airline/plane to date.

I won't be there to see it but being at the Le Mans classic goes somewhat to making up the disappointment.

If they are landing on 08R then there is a possibility I'll see it from home, which will save me a trip out but seeing as I work airside at LHR they are getting very common!
