Ok so I happen to work with a guy who likes the odd pint.

A few months ago he had an accident involving his car and the kirb that resulted in his front wheel being ripped off his car. His comment being he'd had a bit too much pop!

Now today he's "working from home" (Down the pub, apparently with a river next to it he tells us), he's had at least 1 pint of beer, 1 pint of cider, and 2 G&T's. And he says he's about to get in his car so we cant phone him for 30mins or so!

If I know where he was or the reg of his car i'd phone it in......but all I know is it's a Citroen ZX Volcane in red, with an odd front wheel, probably in Woking.

WTF do I do? (will be noting his reg next time he's in the office)

I can see you have a hell of a dilemma for it is human nature not to sprag anyone. However in your case you have to weigh up whether he is such a danger, and the signs seem to be there, that he is a menace on the road and likely to cause innocent others or even himself a grave injury.

How about a face to face when you next see him and voice your concerns, engineered to the degree that you don't want to see him hurt himself or lose his Licence and put over as a concerned friend.

Should take the hint- if not have no qualms about reporting him.

It's not that I dont want to see him hurt. Frankly I wouldn't pee on the guy if he was on fire.

But if he looses the use of his car then i'm likly to loose my job. Or at least speed up the process a bit.

My problem is, I dont know his car reg or where he is and he's currently drunk driving. Mind you though, soon as I do know his reg....and know he's had a couple.....

I don't understnd, he looses his car and you loose your job. So why are you so keen to report him?

Thats not to say that he shouldn't be reported
