Can't remember prices, but fitting is very easy. Discs are only held on my a single locating screw (once you remove the wheels and calipers obviously). There is nothing that requires specialist knowledge or equipment. I did my front discs / pads and it took me about an hour I think.

As a guide, JZ Machtech charge

Front £520.00 + vat

Rear £455.00 + vat

So a number of indies will be less than that

DIY, front or rear set from D911 or Type 911 is around £200 + vat front or rear

You can get Sebro front disks and Textar pads from Eurocarparts for about £180 inc VAT. Use the 25% off code SUNCP25. Rears are similar. My indie charge an hour a corner - they're £65 + VAT an hour

That sounds about typical. Beware of your caliper plates needing doing too though - about 30-45 minutes per side if straightforward.

I used to pay around £70-90 for a pair of discs and fitting time of 30-60 minutes @ under £50/hr at Unit 11. Pads were RS29 though, so much dearer - Euro price for Textar will be a good benchmark/target price.
