What's the furthest you've been?

For me

North: Ullapool, Scotland
South: Christchurch, NZ
East: Wellington, NZ
West: Duboise, Pennsylvania, USA

It strikes me that I haven't been very far north. A reasonable way west, but a long way south and east, from where I was born in the north east of England.

Being on a ship or a plane doesn't count. Let's say you have to have stayed a night on terra firma and had a dump.

North: Saxa Vord on the Shetland Islands.
East: Corfu.
South: Fuerteventura.
West: I was going to say the Isle Of Man, but it's Fuertaventura again.

East- for many years- great yarmouth, as having been there I was terrified of what horrors I would see if I ventured further.
South- Melbourne
West- sadly, no future than dublin
