PCM Porsche Cayenne 2003 Problems please help

The sat nav on my 2003 cayenne has stopped working. the disc just wont load and it keeps saying insert disc. everything else on the system works and it work fine until the picture froze. i then ejected the disc and tried to reload another disc but that failed.
advice would be great

If everything is working and it is not reading the disc, may just need to be cleaned> You can buy cleaners at HMV etc.. Otherwise try a reboot.

Either pull the fuse or press 1, 4 and 8 together on the keypad. Hope it solves your problem.
