Mysterious Cables

Hi,

Whilst poking around in the rear passenger wheelarch I found an electrical cable and a small tube attached to nothing - the tube had snapped so that was obvious - but not sure what it does, seems to head to teh petrol filler cap - breather/overflow? And the electrical connection?

Also, it reminded me to ask about some other strays I found, one in the drivers footwell, the other marked A/C Clutch, which I guess is something to do with my missing AC?

It could be the pipe from the carbon cannister and the connector is probably for the purge valve on the cannister.

Its at the top of the wheel arch inboard of the fuel filter.

3rd pic is a wire to the AC pump.
