Im going to Silverstone for the F1. I have been tasked to do a BBQ for five people. I am ok with a BBQ I can cook things without turning them to carbon, but I only have a webber smoky joe. Not a lot of room, maybe do a combination of direct and indirect cooking.

Bang out a few burgers, then cover for some chicken thighs, pork stakes etc?

Sides? colslaw, salad, BBQ beans etc

You could do a butterflied leg of lamb with some baked spuds? Simple, nice and easy and super tasty.
