Hi folks just a quick question this time. Has anyone had the dreaded suspension squeak due to a rear coffin are bush going dry or just "knackered" ? i had the rear wheel off the other day trying to isolate the squeak that happnens when i drive over rough surfaces go the wheel off and then let the car suspension settle onto blocks the squeak came from the inner bush on the coffin arm. so the question is how much will it cost to fix?? Im thinking around the £300 mark but just thought id put it out there to see what sort of prices people have been paying. If anyone can give me a rough idea that would be great

Will it be a big bill to get it done at a garage ...... I've read its not to tricky to at home with acouple of jacks and some spanners / torque wrench. Has anyone attempted it on the forum and been happy with the results.

I did the fronts on my 996, not hard, and not too expensive to buy the TRW brand arms from ECP. About £80 each I think, ECP always have some kind of 20-30% discount code going on. They look absolutely identical to the original arms, including the Porsche part number !

My car is still squeaking though frown
