They replace the entire boot floor foc if it cracks. There's a 10 year age limit though, and presenting the car with modifications like aftermarket springs or bushes wouldn't be advisable.

There are plenty of people on M3 Cutters who have had warranty work conducted even with aftermarket springs etc.

Very impressive attention to detail and I like the back up photo history of works, which should also enhance resale values. Looks like il be switching to these guys when I get this done.

hes currently away on holiday i think..
Normally he phones back, but you are right, hes not toooo good on that stuff.
