AMOC Area 9 Meeting Wednesday

Quiet a day Tony. I made it down to BR about 16:30. They have been a man down all week and had worked up until midnight on Tuesday.
I was a little concerned that they might cut corners to get me done. No such worries. They eventually finished at 8pm and have done an absolutely first class job. Their work is head and shoulders above any I have experienced before and I am as big a fan as Lewis. They still took their time and did everything properly. I am very impressed.
Well that put me a bit behind schedule. I made the AMOC meeting at 10pm after a rather horrible drive up in driving rain. There were still a number of members at the Whipping Stock’s but only two other Astons had come out in the weather. I had a pint and a packet of crisps and stayed chatting until eleven.
The next meeting I will be able to make is Septembers.
