argghh kerbed my passenger side front wheel....anything I should be wary of when sorting a repair ? they are not made of some super rare metal etc etc ?

Sorry to hear that. You're not the first though!!
The wheels are normal aluminium alloy as far as I know but if you have the diamond turned (polished face) finish, they are much harder and more expensive to repair.

Steve. Would that be the same price for a set of 19” 15 spoke diamond turned DB9 wheels?

Are your wheels done in-house, how long does it take from driving in, to driving out?

Yes, same price for the 19" wheels and we take them to a fixed base sub-contractor with ovens etc.

The valves cost about £100.00 plus VAT each and then you need an hours labour to code it to the vehicle.
