I hope that's a bad photoshop, as it's pretty gruesome.

No amount of facelifting will make the NC a nicer looking car than the NB or NA (imho).

Just reading about this on miata.net. Interesting, but for me the shape of the fog light recesses doesn't 'go' with the central grill. Ahm oot.

I may be biased of course smile

So does that make it a MK3.75? I'll stick with my 3.5.

Got to wonder why Mazda are even bothering with the new Mazda/Alfa Romeo replacement scheduled for 2014 ...

Probably because everyone knows there is some kind of Mazda/Alfa replacement planned in a couple of years but they still want them to buy the current model. A facelift always boosts sales.

I thought the MK3.5 was just right.

What's with this trend of cutting more/bigger holes in the front of new cars.

Raffles - the pics are of a European model which you can get with Xenons... no idea why that option wasn't available in the UK!?
I saw a French registered Sport Black at the Le Mans Classic last weekend with Xenons & washers...

That certainly looks to be the case. Headlamp washers are a requirement in the EU for new cars with Xenon headlamps.

The front intake on the 3.5 made it look like it was smiling. Now it looks like it's laughing hysterically.
