Well from everything I've heard about these Personal Injury scumbags phoning up and almost bullying you into making a claim as soon as you've had a crash, I'm not surprised so many people just say "alright then!" - even though the naivety of doing so blows my mind.

It really, really needs sorting out. Badly.
