Got a hankering for a Jag XKR

Just having a potter around the classifieds (dangerous I know!) and noticed that XKR's are down to as low as £6k. It's got me wanting one now just for the experience of the supercharged V8. Who's got one and what are they like? I suspect I could run for a year and not really suffer much in depreciation....might be a bit of fun. Thoughts?

Didn't have the XKR but I had the same engine in an XJR. Wonderful thing.
I'm going to pipe in before someone else does and say that the fears over Nikasil linings and cambelt tensioners are guff.
Watch for rust, the gearbox oil needs changed (despite being sealed for life) and, in the unlikely event the suspension goes you'll need to remortgage.
Buy one immediately (maybe do a bit of research first though)...
