I heard some of my colleagues discussing the recklessness of modern youth and their lack of respect for the law.
Well beat this.
4 youths stopped by police as follows:-

no L plates
no lights after lighting up time
no insurance
riding motorcycle above legal capacity for age.(1000cc, limit <250cc)
Carrying a pillion whilst riding on a provisional licence (pillion facing rear of bike holding rope)
towing another motorcycle(also carrying two as above, plus a Boxer dog)
riding motorcycle whilst diqualified by age(towed bike)
Travelling against flow of traffic, (wrong way around a one-way system)
no crash helmets, (bar one, the rider of the 1000cc bike)
defective tyres
no current MOT certificate (for towed bike)
failure to stop when requested to do so by Police officer.

Trouble is this was all in 1979. Ah, those rose tinted spectacles eh??

I think they got a full clean licence about last year.
