What car is this?

I snapped this picture at Goodwood, but I don't know what car it is. This place is usually pretty good at identifying vehicles so could anyone enlighten me?

ETA: Argh, rubbish PH mobile site! I put a thread title in as 'what car is this?' but the damn mobile site seems to have ignored it and created a mystery thread! Please could a mod fix the title?
