Just got back from Le Mans, 800 miles in 4 days without a hitch (other than a shattered cibie lamp lens). Drove/Parked inside the circuit courtesy of the TVRCC. Met MattMan with his 400; Saw (Cambell's?)SEAC but missed him, likewise a German registered 350. Didn't see the 200!

Amazing cars there, you don't get many opportunities to get your toes run over by machinery of this calibre:

...and that's only one of the grids from a specific era.

Did you get to drive the circuit on the Friday eve? Must have been awesome with it filled with TVRs.

Hey all!

Indeed, my 400se was at le-mans again! Second time at the classic and two years previously at the 'normal' le-mans! AND she didnt miss a beat - good old girl..

Mine was the 400se parked in the TVR display parking!

Good to see you Hatter!

I didn't drive the circuit although over 100 TVRs did; I was told they got up to 130 mph and there were a couple of casualties.

The parking area was on part of the circuit though, so I could dream; but there were too many pedestrians to have any fun on the corners.
