Wandsworth council have some to rent. I recall it being about GBP125 / mth. No power and they do say you aren't allowed to perform maintenance in them - it's storage only I'm afraid.

Worth keeping an eye on gumtree. I rented one for a few years off Putney Hill that i found through a gumtree ad.
