The bug that's 'going around'

Is anybody else here a victim of it? Whenever I hear the phrase 'there's a bug going around' I usually ignore it as it's not something that's ever affected me, but as I've been throwing up since Tuesday night I think the little bd's finally tracked me down.
It takes a lot for me to call in sick to work but this thing's knocked me on my arse.

Tuesday and Yesterday were quite unpleasant. My 2nd time this year which is annoying as I haven't had a day off work with illness for 4 years or more.
