Anyone going to TrackVRoad via Leeds Saturday 7th

As per title really... anyone driving across to TrackVRoad on Saturday, I would be more than grateful for a lift from Leeds train station if that,s possible. Not booked my train yet bu probably early afternoon would be great !

Sorry I can't help, but Leeds to Clitheroe is 45-50 miles, where as Preston to is 20 miles ish.

Thanks for info but I have a return portion of a ticket for kings cross to leeds, so Leeds it is, plus maybe a slow slow train to Blackburn :-(

Mike, you can take a train from Leeds to Skipton, 10 minute walk from the train station to the bus station, then a bus to Clitheroe which will drop you off by the roundabout at the bottom of TvR's industrial estate. You want the X80 or 280 bus and I think they run on 20 or 25 after the hour. For someone like me, who hadn't been on a bus since the school bus, it wasn't too bad. When the driver leaves Chatburn village, move toward the front of the bus. If the driver is cool (as mine was last time), he'll stop at the roundabout and let you jump out.
