Literally inside the cabin, and had also started making a nest in the sill with chewed up bits of insulation from around the throttle cable, they had got into the engine bay, gone down the sills, up inside the front bulkhead splash gaurd and over the top and into the cabin..
Little buggers, thankfully they had not chewed anything of importance that i could see, but it seems they had taken a liking to doing a dump in my noble cap which was on the passenger seat, i could hear them scuttling and squaeking in the sill, only fair i took them for a death ride, when i got back they had jumped ship, probably jumped out when i stopped at traffic lights..

i had the same problem i live in the sticks and the farmers were cutting the fields about 2 years ago, when i came to get the nob out after a winter away in the barn i found crap all over the inside so decided to set some traps and with absolute shock i caught 11 of the little buggers so i now use one of those plug in sonics and it does the trick
