It must have been you, a blue S (F908 xxK) parked just up the hill from Ramsgate harbour?
I was escaping noisily from a bumper hanging idiot in a Rover 75 coming up the hill round the bends and saw you parked on the left in front of the nice old Victorian houses on the front. I don't know what happened to the Rover, I left him way behind. He'd been driving right up my backside for over 2 miles.
I turned around and drove past again but I was a bit low on fuel so headed for home which is actually just 5 minutes from where you were parked.
Your car looked very nice indeed!
That's twice in 3 weeks!
