Hi,

Would anyone like an absolute motherload of car magazines?

They comprise a collection of different titles from 1981 up to the present. The early magazines are mostly Practical Classics, then 2001- we have a mixture of CAR, Classic and Sports Car, EVO and odds and sods like Octane and something called "Intersection".

I'm based in Colwyn Bay. You'll need a big car, and a lifting belt. Anyone interested?

None of either of those. Nor are there any secondhand copies of "Parade".

I'm moving house so it's either this, or the tip.

My wife has already offered them on the local "freecycle" but I guess that's the wrong market.

I'm in a similar situation. I even contacted a guy on Ebay called OLDCARMAGS, but he never replied.

Found some very early 80s Street Machine mags in box in my dads shed. And some Custom Cars from same time. Unfortunately they're falling to bits. Interesting motors tho. Dont think youd get insurance for a V12 Vauxhall Cresta these days. Or a 7-litre V8 Mk2 Zephyr with early Transit suspension & brakes.

I am sure that several(!) hours on the 'phone would sort this out for (relatively wink ) a few quid smile . The usual comparison sites wouldn't be interested wink - but if the Go Compare man tops himself on the back of your enquiry then what's not to like in trying? hehe

As for the original post and car magazines, I'm on a serious hunt for CAR magazines pre-1990, with a few gaps between 1988 and 1990 and many gaps before then smile ...
