I'm looking for a tool chest for the Garage, nothing expensive as I do not have many tools but I will be expanding.

I popped into Halfords and B&Q and they mostly had the same thing for around £60 but the b&q version seemed quite poorly built.

Any other recommendations for under £100?

Thanks

I've got that Halfords one and it's just fine for use at home, I'm very pleased with it and think it was good value. Yes the drawers on the more expensive ones open a little smoother and have ball bearing sliders, and are slightly thicker metal, but they should have, they cost more.

There is another one with like a lift up front instead of the two doors down the bottom, it's awkward and doesn't seem to work very well, I'd avoid that.

That is just the red unit on top.

Good stuff. The ball bearing slider thingy majiggy doesn't bother me too much, I only have a few screwdrivers and a hammer to chuck in there at the minute. Are the drawers deep enough?

Yeah you'll have no problem with how deep they are, you can fit a surprising amount of tools in them smile
