Hi

Some of you may already know but Jeff has decided that its time for the above to go to a new home.

Well I can now announce that it will be joining my collection of TVR's!

I would like to thank Jeff for intrusting me with this very important vehicle in Wedge and TVR's history!

It will become the center of my displays at show's around the country. It has already been booked for the TVRCC stand at this year's Classic Car Show at the NEC and of course at BBWF next year.

I am also adding a 450SE and a Tuscan Racer to the collection so that will complete things for the time being!

Andy

Nice one Andy... you do realise that's it's only a matter of time before you have to offer me a job as full-time fleet mechanic... biggrin

Mind you, I always thought that Jeff and the racer were like Chris and the Turbo, or Adam and the SX, or Morecambe and Wise... er... er... Starsky and Large... well you know, inseparable biggrin

Great news, it couldn't be in better hands, your garages must be spilling over. in a nice way.

The government should give you cash for keeping this British heritage preserved to be honest! smile

I hope to one day see it in the real, what a mighty wedge!

Steve

Yes you can come over at anytime once I am up and about, which would not be for at least another two months. Last weekend was the first time I had been out of my home (Except Hospitial visits) since the accident seven months ago, and that took the help of four people. So until I can't get down to my garages on my own the only time would be at the weekend when Andy (Mr Sheen) is about to get the car out!

O! Ian Sorry mate you would have to join the que wanting that job of a fleet mechanic! biggrin

Mark

As I explaned to you last week it was not possible to get it to the fest last week!

I think we had enough great cars that the racer would have just been just another great car at a great event!

Don't worry it will be at next year's fest and every year after that while I own the car!

Well done Andy, what a collection......
I've seen that seac a few times over the years, wouldn't mind seeing it again though and the rest of the tank wedges, I'll have to get myself to BBWF won't I?

Congratulations on a superb purchase Andy!
I can't think of anyone more fitting to own this very special wedge.
I look forward to seeing it at various events around the country, in the not too distant future.
Cheers for now and as Trickie says: well done on keeping this car in the UK cool

I was wondering how you managed to find/own all those super rare cars, but upon thinking about it i don't care as long as someone with your obvious enthusiasm keeps these great cars running and on the road for all to see.

I was hooked on TVR's from my first drive (my cousins red 390se) i allways wanted a big wedge, but my dream was allways a Griff, maybe one day i will have both!
