exhaust rattle

Hey guys I was hoping someone here maybe able to help I own an RX8 and in the pas 8 months has developed a rattle in the exhaust ive tried my best to figure it out but I just cant find the problem ,
I guess I should start by saying I have a full ss system header pipe midpipe and catback which has no heatsheilds that could come loose also before anyone pulls the dead cat card I have both a high flow cat and a decat which the rattle can be heard with both although the unresonated decat seems to magnify the rattle, ive checked all joints seals etc numerous times ive reseated everything atleast 3 times replaced gaskets and I can see any pipe touching and part of the car so im at a total loss so if anyone has any ideas suggestions etc im all ears.

Loose baffle plate in a silencer is my bet ,they can be very hard to find !

is there likely to be a baffle in the catback only the decat is a straight forward race pipe no silencers just tube and the header is the second ive had fitted (originally bought a cheapo one which came with its own issues)

There will be some form of baffle or perforated tube in the silencer box or boxes if it is broken or split you will get resonance, dont kow about cat replcements would think its just an open tube .It took me ages to trace this prob on the orig silencsr on my Robin Hood finaly cured by new siencer [repackable so tou are ble to inspect baffle tube ,usually oncea year repack]HTH
