Discussion
Are there any TVR owners in Eastbourne? Im in Meads, have a pre cat V8S, would be nice to hook up with another local TIV owner sometime
Anyone here own the Tuscan or Chim which are often parked up at Beachy Head, or the yellow Cerbie seen cruising around town. Any wedges or others in EB? -Rob

Rob, Ive got a yellow Cerb thats seen cruising around Brighton on occassions, havent made it as far as Eastbourne tho'. Wasnt sure if the wheels were safe over there <g>
It looks absolutely fantastic mate!! A yellow cerb
my dream car
but I recon Ive got a year or two more to do in the S fold before trading up, unless I'll be lucky enough to keep both. So, when are you coming to eastbourne
I was reading your post about the fuel line spraying petrol all over the engine
... sausages at the ready indeed
Hello, I used to work in Eastbourne. I regularly saw a red S - 'G*** TVR' on my commute between Brighton and Polegate - the bugger never once waved at me! (I had a Griff). There's also a silver Tuscan around, a gorgeous blue Griff in Hooe, and I also saw a couple of Chims about. One used to regularly park up on the industrial estate.
Hi Rob
I'm not exactly local but I expect to be visiting my uncle in Saffrons Park in a few weeks time. Unfortunately, owing to having to ferry uncle, aunt and my mother about, I'll be in the Audi. However, if you fancy a beer and a natter one evening I'll drop you a mail when I know I'll be in that neck of the woods.
Cheers

Nick

Hey Neil
You dont happen to work next door to TC Body Repairs do ya? Theres a lovely green chim just like yours parked there most of the time. Sure, lets meet up for a beer down the Marina sometime. My car's off to Austec in crawley tomorrow for a rolling road (not the ECU remap) full service and a stainless sports pipes fitting
Hopefully the bad juddering problems Ive been having will be sorted, I should have it back on Saturday, so praps next week.
Nick, would love to make it over to brighton mate, your cerb looks the nuts, but Ive got less than 50 hours behind the wheel driving experience (in any car!)
and 40 minutes into brighton which I dont know well, plus the one way systems et al is more than I want to do for a couple of weeks/month or so. Im still getting to grips with roundabouts and gear changes etc etc
It would be great to get a Sussex TVR Meet going, there are plenty of good roads and places to eat round these parts, it'll be cool to get all the cerbs and tuscans, chims wedges and S's together every once in a while... that is of course if there isn't a Sussex meet already?

Bob, there's a West Sussex Region & an East Sussex one. You, like me, have a fair drive to get to their monthly meets (WS meet at Goodwood, ES vary round mid-Sussex, I believe) I'm popping (& banging
)over to the Surrey meet tomorrow night coz it's nearer than my own region's meet
Regional info etc on the Car Club's site. Gassing Station | General TVR Stuff & Gossip | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff

I'll be along sometime, how often are the meets?
