Long story short, tyre had half a screw sort of embedded sideways (not very deep) into groove...taken it out as it was half hanging out anyway and I want to see whether it's leaking air or not...any quick tests I can do? Cheers.

we use a leak tester which reacts to air escaping by bubbling up, as far as im aware its a glorified version of diluted washing up liquid...

Thanks. So just put diluted washing up liquid on the tyre to see if bubbles up?

no put it in through the valve. If it comes out a hole you've got a problem.

You're welcome smile

Yes, or put the wheel in the bath.
