If I fit a battery conditioner to the car via the cigarette lighter point does this work or do I require a dedicated plug in point to be fitted ? Trying to stop the battery always needing a charge from lack of use ! Thanks chris

Yes, I believe plenty of people keep their battery healthy via the 12V socket in S2.

Wouldn't be possible in S1 as the socket is not live with ignition off, if I recall correctly.
