Wouldn't fit - the M5 has an extra couple of silencers in its route.

Its just different layouts, thats all. The E61 wont fit the E60 or E63 and vice versa. Different rear beams means the pipes are different shapes.

Got £190 for my M5 back boxes on eBay this week after putting after market ones on.
